We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Manager to join our team at Linton Regional Medical Center. As a Radiology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Radiology Department, ensuring that all modalities, clerical, administrative, and regulatory operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of radiology technologists and support staff
- Oversee the daily operations of the Radiology Department, including scheduling, patient flow, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, including nursing and administration, to ensure seamless patient care
- ARRT registration and current NDMIRT license
- CT experience preferred, but will train on-site
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
