Key Responsibilities
  • Remote Order Entry and CPOE Order Evaluation: Utilize your clinical skills to remotely service our clients' patients, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor a team of pharmacists, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and patient care.
  • Clinical Medication Dosing Services: Provide expert clinical guidance on medication dosing and therapy management, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize workflows to ensure efficient order processing and minimize delays.
  • Account Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License: Possess an active pharmacy license in the state of residence and willingness to obtain licenses in additional states as needed.
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of clinical hospital inpatient experience, with a strong background in remote order entry and CPOE order evaluation.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully supervising and mentoring teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in multiple pharmacy information systems and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and clients.
