Our Idaho Mobile Crisis program is seeking a Licensed Clinician to serve as the team leader for crisis interventions, utilizing telehealth, phone consultations, or in-person visits. The Clinician will deliver essential clinical services to individuals experiencing crises and provide comprehensive support to both individuals and staff on the Mobile Response Team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Clinician, you will:
- Provide clinical crisis interventions to individuals in distress and offer overall support to the Mobile Response Team.
- Be flexible with your schedule to meet the needs of individuals requiring services, supports, and treatment.
- Respond promptly to crisis calls and provide supervision to team members during interventions.
- Maintain professional competency and ensure compliance with all licensing, training, and certification requirements.

Essential Functions:
- Conduct crisis assessments, including the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely response to all crisis dispatches, supporting face-to-face interventions within an average of 60 minutes.
- Provide both clinical and administrative support to Mobile Response Team staff during your shift.
- Assess the safety of individuals and implement appropriate measures to ensure their well-being.
- Develop crisis safety plans and facilitate connections to suitable care and community resources.
- Follow up with existing treatment providers to ensure adherence to the recommended crisis safety plan.
- Quickly facilitate referrals to prevent the escalation of crises.
- Administer customer satisfaction surveys to individuals encountered by the Mobile Response Teams.
- Ensure post-crisis follow-up services are conducted within 72 hours for individuals served.
- Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review documentation completed by Mobile Crisis Team staff to maintain quality standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards to protect both staff and individuals served.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Idaho.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, such as a psychiatric hospital or outpatient clinic.
- Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention methodologies.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working on a mobile crisis team with individuals facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
