Company Overview:
KOS International is a prominent player in the retail banking sector in Hong Kong.
As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a highly skilled professional to join their consumer loans product division in the capacity of Product Head.
Role Overview:In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Division Head of Retail Lending and will be tasked with leading a dedicated loans team to create comprehensive product strategies for personal loan offerings aimed at enhancing profitability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies for product innovation, marketing initiatives, channel sales approaches, and portfolio assessments to meet business objectives.
- Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, including pricing strategies, feature enhancements, compliance standards, credit policies, and customer experience design to optimize revenue generation.
- Engaging in digital product initiatives and identifying partnership opportunities in lending to effectively drive new business avenues.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in managing unsecured lending product development within retail banking.
- In-depth knowledge of unsecured loans and proficient portfolio management skills.
- Proven experience in cultivating business partnerships and executing marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
- A strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
