Job Summary:The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for:
- Providing medical care to small animals, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and surgical procedures
- Conducting physical examinations, taking medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients, including medication and follow-up care
- Collaborating with our veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent client service
- Staying up-to-date with the latest veterinary medical knowledge and techniques through ongoing education and training
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida
- Have a strong understanding of veterinary medical principles and practices
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
