Responsibilities:
As a Medical Surgical Acute Care Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions. This will include:
- Performing initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
- Establishing a plan of care that is appropriate to the patient's needs
- Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required
- RN License in the State of AZ or another compact state
- BLS required upon hire
- ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
- EKG course and NIHSS Stroke within 30 days of hire
