About the RoleWe provide state-of-the-art in-center hemodialysis treatment for kidney disease patients. Our experienced interdisciplinary team of nephrologists and renal nurses offer chronic dialysis services in a comfortable and modern setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan care for patients undergoing hemodialysis
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Participate in patient and family education
- Provide leadership and direction to other members of the care team
We are seeking a registered nurse with an active RN license in NYS and a graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience in a chronic dialysis setting and active BCLS (ACLS preferred).
