Merchandiser for Baked Goods

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser for Baked Goods to join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising our baked goods in stores across Attleboro, MA and surrounding areas. Your role will involve working with store employees to ensure our products are well-represented on shelves and that displays are optimized for maximum visibility. You will also be responsible for carrying out in-store visits according to Mondelez' DSD Merchandising Steps and ensuring sales plans are being followed.

About the Role

This is an hourly position with compensation ranging from $16.00-$18.00 based on relative experience. Safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE will also be provided.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. They will be able to drive their personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed) and download and use work-related applications on their personal device. The candidate will also be required to perform physical demands of the job, including repetitive lifting, bending and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
