Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northern Montana Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate various types of respiratory equipment under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Services and upon the request of the physician.
  • Provide patient care and education relative to age and condition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of respiratory equipment.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to improve respiratory function.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Graduate from a Respiratory Therapist program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Care Education or the National Board of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Montana.
  • Knowledge relative to age of patients serviced.
  • Rotational call is required.
  • Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
