Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Utilize evidence-based practices and research-based techniques to conduct comprehensive assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication and swallowing strategies
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders or related field from an accredited institution
- Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice
- Certification in Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Experience working with pediatric populations and feeding/swallowing disorders preferred
