At the Windwalker Group, we are seeking an experienced Training Content Creator to join our team at Camp Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

This position requires a skilled professional who can develop and maintain efficient and effective education and training products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, Systems Approach to Training (SAT), and the Army Learning Concept for Training and Education, 2020-2040.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training courseware using the ADDIE Model Process and Adult Learning Theory, adhering to TRADOC Regulations and NGPEC Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Conduct Critical Task Selection Boards (CTSSB) to identify critical tasks that become learning objectives in the design phase.
  • Design, develop, and obtain TRADOC validation for courses using approved critical task lists from CTSSBs.
  • Create sequential, progressive instruction including establishing learning objectives, creating evaluation plans, developing course materials, and coordinating with subject matter experts.
  • Submit training materials for review and approval, and develop Training Support Packages from approved outputs.
  • Design learning objectives, create course maps, and recommend formal and informal evaluation plans.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory CAC card possession.
  • Ability to complete Faculty and Staff Training Developer Course, Assessment Construction Workshop, and Training Development Capabilities Course.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in National Guard/Army training development, instruction, and coordination.
  • Experience in Military Training and Leadership.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
