About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at a client facility in Pascagoula, MS. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and document patient responses accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently, adhering to unit protocols.
  • Perform various duties as assigned by management or leadership.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one to three years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred.
  • Certifications may be required for this position, depending on the client's specifications.
  • Excellent critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
