Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as an Overnight Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety. You will also oversee the proper timing and dosage of medications to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Safety: Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
- Dosage Control: Oversee the proper timing and dosage of medications to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to streamline medication management throughout the overnight shift.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience and an active California Pharmacist License. Familiarity with Meditech software is a plus. Additionally, you must be willing to work overnight shifts with support from one pharmacy technician.
