Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team of passionate patient caregivers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct bedside care to patients, working under the supervision of registered nurses.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Participate in patient education, promoting health and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- C.N.A certification preferred; C.N.A certification required in SNF, SC setting.
- CPR Certification required.
- One (1) year experience in a hospital setting preferred.
