About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN in Corvallis, Oregon. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and treatment in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Current Oregon license and certification as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least two years of recent experience as a RN in a Stepdown specialty
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Current Clinical References and Physical TB Records
  • Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
