About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing intraoperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for cases according to surgeon's preferences and patient needs
  • Pass instruments to surgeon at surgical field
  • Care for instruments at end of surgical procedure, ensuring accuracy of counts
  • Assist in maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Maintain patient safety and apply principles of asepsis at all times
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Previous OR experience preferred
  • Surgical Technologist certification required
