Job Overview

At Golden Heart Indy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and homemaker/companion services to clients in accordance with their established plan of care.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to client ethics and confidentiality of care.
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with a clean driving record.
  • Prior home care experience is a plus.
