Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students in achieving their goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and educators on evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Experience in school settings preferred.
