We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patrol Officer to join our Security team at Viejas Casino. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and assets.

• Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the casino, parking lots, and surrounding areas to prevent and detect any security breaches or incidents.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents, including medical emergencies, suspicious activity, and property damage.
• Guest and Team Member Support: Provide assistance and support to guests and team members as needed, including escorting guests to their vehicles or providing information about casino services.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and detailed reports of incidents, including witness statements and evidence.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other security personnel, law enforcement, and casino staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.

• Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent, and valid Guard Card, Exposed Firearms Permit, Baton Permit, and Chemical Agent Permit.
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
