Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to lead our dialysis facilities. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations.
Your key responsibilities will include managing clinic operations, providing leadership and coaching to direct reports, and partnering with internal departments to ensure seamless services.
You will also be responsible for coordinating patient care, educating patients on quality measures and treatment options, and acting as a resource for patients and families.

Patient Care Coordination:
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care with appropriate staff members, from admission through discharge of the patient
• Ensure education of the patient regarding quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care
• Act as a resource for the patient and family to address concerns and questions
• Accountable for timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans
• Manage timely patient schedules to ensure facility efficiency and develop action plans for missed treatments
