Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at TemPositions Health Care. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and reaching independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and developing life skills
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with developmental disabilities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • At least 6 months experience in the field working with individuals with developmental disabilities, certified as an HHA, CNA or NA
  • SCIP and AMAP certificates accepted
