Position Overview:
Our client, a prestigious academic medical institution, is seeking a Hematology and Oncology Specialist.

This is a remarkable opportunity to engage in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that has a longstanding commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate care to the community.

Become a vital part of our client's expanding Cancer and Blood program within an infusion center.

The facility provides a wide range of services, comprehensive tumor boards, outstanding radiology, and pathology, along with clinical trial opportunities where you can participate or lead, allowing for a focus on specific oncology specialties.

Radiation Oncology services are conveniently available on-site.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting general adult oncology and hematology consultations, overseeing chemotherapy administration, all within a supportive, professional, and collegial setting.


Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct clinical care in a busy hematology/oncology practice within a hospital setting.
- Provide consultation services to hematology/oncology patients.
- Operate in a hospital-based clinic with a focus on outpatient care.
- Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, with weekend call shared among two attending physicians.

Academic Opportunities:
- Engage in teaching residents and contributing to their education.

Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- New York Medical License.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
