As an Inpatient/Acute Care Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a vital role in transforming patients' lives. Your expertise will be invaluable in evaluating and treating patients with complex conditions, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, head and neck cancer, and progressive neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to facilitate return home or to the next level of care.
  • Establish Timely Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Build Relationships: Foster positive connections with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, case managers, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • State licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
