Cardiac Nurse Specialist

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Nurse Specialist to join our team at Physicians Regional Healthcare. As a Catheterization Lab Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiac program.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, utilizing your expertise to provide accurate and timely information
• Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of your registered nurse practice
• Promote patients' independence by establishing realistic care goals and teaching patients and families to understand their conditions, medications, and self-care skills
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

**Requirements**

• Current FL RN license
• Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Critical Care, ER, or Cath Lab
