Job Overview

Outland Recruiting is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to proficiently service and repair both internal and client machinery. This role involves reporting to the service manager and is crucial for the effective maintenance of equipment components in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair & Maintenance:

  • Recondition and fix machinery and its components.
  • Organize and prioritize repair tasks.
  • Order necessary parts and materials in advance.
  • Execute repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all repairs are completed satisfactorily and that the equipment is visually appealing.
  • Return any unused parts and materials according to established guidelines.
  • Maintain daily records of field activities.

Diagnostic Inspections:

  • Perform inspections to determine the root causes of equipment failures.
  • Align identified issues with the required repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical school certification or equivalent mechanical repair experience.
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of equipment operations and mechanical functionalities.
