Healthcare IT Strategist

We seek a seasoned technical expert to lead the design and deployment of complex solutions that bridge technology and healthcare. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of contact center operations, omnichannel communication strategies, and AI/machine learning applications in healthcare environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply technical expertise and drive innovation in healthcare delivery. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $160,000 - $220,000.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to grasp their unique challenges and objectives related to contact centers, omnichannel communication, AI/machine learning, and healthcare processes.
- Design and implement comprehensive solutions that integrate contact center functionalities, omnichannel communication strategies, and AI/machine learning technologies to address healthcare-specific requirements.
- Develop and present technical proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the proposed solutions and their benefits to clients.
- Oversee solution implementation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in healthcare, contact center operations, and AI/machine learning.
- Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare technology, offering insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
