Job SummaryWe're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our HomeGoods store in Petoskey, MI. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team. If you're a team player with a passion for sales and customer service, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Support the sales floor team, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and answering customer questions.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, including setting up displays and processing inventory shipments.
- Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
