  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects successfully.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and assist with project proposals, interviews, and client presentations, ensuring a clear and compelling pitch that meets client needs and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in transportation engineering, with a strong background in roadway and/or bridge design.
  • Skills: Proficient in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation products, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Licensure: PE license in Kansas (or ability to obtain in a timely manner).
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local standards and requirements, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
