Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Securitas AB. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for delivering security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and security of people and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver security services to clients, including guarding, surveillance, and interventions
  • Manage access control and gate duties, staff and vehicle searches, traffic management, and car park duties
  • Provide an effective departmental security presence and proactive response service
  • Monitor fire and security alarm panels
  • Adhere to communication requirements, records of delivery, and maintenance of all other required gate records
  • Respond to and deal with all site risk events
  • Carry out fire prevention duties
  • Ensure all Client Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met
  • Promote a professional image of Securitas

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid SIA license
  • Provide the right to work in the UK and pass security clearance
  • Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team
  • Be able to work outside in all seasons
  • Be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing
  • Hold a clean full UK driving license
  • Be able to make timely decisions and justify
  • Be reasonably fit, as walking and conducting foot patrols is required
