Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs in a K-12 setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and implement strategies to support students' speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
