This is an opportunity to work as an independent contractor, serving West Covina and surrounding areas. You will have the flexibility to control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation
