Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our Operating Room team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes. This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with a shift schedule of 6:45am - 7:15pm, 12 hours per day.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Graduate of a RN Training Program.
- Minimum one year recent experience in Emergency Room setting required.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work in a union environment.
CHA Consulting, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated hourly pay for this position is $47.59 to $76.38, with additional individual compensation available through differentials, extra shift incentives, referral bonus, and other bonuses.
