As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing designs for complex industrial and technology projects from inception through construction documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop designs for complex industrial and technology projects
  • Oversee the execution of the team and consultants through the design development process
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and construction managers
  • Ensure compliance with current Title 24, CBC, and local Building and Fire Codes
  • Experience with local planning and building department approval processes, including zoning approvals, entitlements, and building permits
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to direct a team of architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Strong teamwork skills to facilitate collaboration, creativity, and professional development
Requirements
  • Licensed Architect in California
  • 15 years minimum Architectural Design or Project Management experience
  • Experience with Labs, Clean Rooms, and Industrial projects
  • Strong skills using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of current Title 24, CBC, and local Building and Fire Codes
  • Education: BA or BArch or Masters in Architecture from an accredited university
  • LEED accreditation desirable, but not required
