About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Technology department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher.
- Develop and maintain automation tools and processes to streamline software development, release, and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to Development teams on cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Manage the DevOps function and responsibilities for the APIGEE platform.
- Support and enhance existing tools, platforms, and processes, including Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker, Bash Scripting, and Alfred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of IT experience.
- Experience with containerization and container scheduling technologies.
- Working experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps culture.
- Knowledge of software development frameworks and languages.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and Bash scripting.
- Working experience with AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure and configuration as code solutions.
