Breast Imaging Radiologist

The Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a highly skilled breast imaging radiologist to join our team. As a member of our collaborative group, you will be responsible for providing breast screening, diagnostic, and procedural imaging services across UW Health.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and work effectively as a team player within the group of breast radiologists. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes breast surgeons, and you will participate in weekly tumor board and radiology-pathology correlation conferences.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison Breast Center treats over 700 new breast cancer patients yearly and is accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers. You will have the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic with integrated breast imaging and breast clinical care, which is planned to open in 2025.
Responsibilities:- Provide breast imaging services, including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, image-guided localizations, and image-guided breast biopsies.
- Participate in scholarly activity in administration/operations, education, and research.
- Develop areas of interest and contribute to the department's teaching and research efforts.
- Wisconsin medical license eligible.
- Board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology.
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, and breast MRI, and image-guided breast biopsies.
