Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor to join our Business and Business Law department at College of the Canyons. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses, including business and business law, and contribute to the academic success of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach business and business law courses, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
  • Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives to promote student success and retention
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and program development
Requirements
  • Mastery of business and business law concepts and principles
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the field
  • Master's degree in business, business management, accountancy, finance, marketing, or business education, or a related field
