Additional Requirements:
- I9 Attestation required
- Two forms of government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license, social security card, passport)
- E-verify or Attestation for APN
- AHA or ARC certifications are required for certain specialties
- Intermediate AWHONN certification required for L&D within two years of employment, with renewal every two years
- Physical copy of tech certification is preferred but not mandatory
