Role SummaryWe are currently seeking dedicated Catering Attendants to join our team. This role involves delivering and serving food at various scheduled events while ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and transport all food and supplies to designated locations for catered events.
- Monitor and log food temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
- Set up tables and decorations according to event specifications.
- Prepare buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items as per established guidelines.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the event area during and after the function.
- Return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly.
- Collect customer feedback through comment cards during events.
- Keep the catering facility and equipment clean and well-stocked.
- Provide excellent service to guests at all times.
- Stay informed about the complete menu and available products.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to safety and sanitation policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- A valid driver's license may be required; must be able to obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as mandated by state law.
