The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Bar Back. This critical role is essential to the smooth operation of our fast-paced bars, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our bartenders in any capacity needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and Maintain Bar Areas: Ensure all bar areas are clean, stocked, and well-organized, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, glassware, and storage areas.
  • Assist Bartenders: Provide support to bartenders during service, including preparing garnishes for drinks and replenishing snacks and appetizers for bar patrons.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Clear and reset tables in the bar area, and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Age and Experience: Be 21 years of age or older with working knowledge of common drink recipes and spirits.
  • Team Player: Have a positive energy and be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
  • Schedule Flexibility: A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
