Join Our Team as a Home Health Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will work independently under minimal supervision, utilizing your expertise in rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide skilled therapy services to patients in their homes, including occupational therapy
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent with license or certificate within the state providing services
  • At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
