Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Summit Medical Staffing Nursing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic and interventional cardiology, as well as experience with endovascular peripheral intervention.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, including coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary interventions.
  • Assist with endovascular peripheral interventions, such as angioplasty and stenting.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
