Commercial Construction Superintendent Opportunity

A leading general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Oversee subcontractors and coordinate project logistics, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Maintain a detailed log of site activities and conditions, providing valuable insights for future projects.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on commercial construction experience, with a proven track record of managing projects from $5 million upwards.
  • Experience in managing hospital, school, and high-end multi-use office projects.
  • Successful history of managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • General contracting experience and multiple trade supervision.
  • A stable work history and a strong reputation in the industry.
