Dock Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dock Operations Specialist to join our team at Suntex Marina Investors, LLC. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the marina, including security, maintenance, and guest services. They will work closely with the Dockmaster to ensure the smooth operation of the docks and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Dock Operations: Assist with the daily operations of the docks, including securing boats, fueling, black water pump outs, and waste disposal.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning duties and report any maintenance issues to the Dockmaster.
• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise dockhands in marina-related duties and ensure they are following established quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Degree or Equivalent: A high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Marina Operations Knowledge: You will need a broad knowledge of marina operations, boat lifting, boat handling, and towing, as well as equipment maintenance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are required to resolve any issues that may arise.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
