Salary: $75,000 - $88,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our flagship location in Moses Lake, WA. As a PTA, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional patient care and help individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, medical history, and goals
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
  • Monitor and document patients' progress during therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
  • Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
