Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Accountant to join our team at Christianson PLLP. As a key member of our accounting and consulting firm, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our clients' financial operations and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on complex accounting transactions and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify, assess, and deliver timely and accurate advice on financial matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including audit committees and client management.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory and market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Participate in business development and cultivate relationships to strengthen the firm and drive growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred or actively seeking CPA credential.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in performing financial statement audits, assurance and advisory services, or corporate accounting/finance experience focusing on complex accounting transactions.
  • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of at least one or two specific industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, technical writing, and research skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate others in face of tight deadlines or complex situations requiring on the spot thinking.
