Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily activities of construction workers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and owners to ensure project specifications are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and safety documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare, ground-up tilt wall/tilt-up, structural steel, and light industrial construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
