Technical Support Specialist - OvationCXM

OvationCXM is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their in-store technology is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair low-voltage cabling for Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) systems and networked wireless printers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently, using your own vehicle and equipment to travel to client locations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide customized solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and best practices in the field

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on low-voltage cabling and MPOS systems
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to client locations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA, CCNP, Network +, or other relevant certifications
  • Experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Knowledge of local streets and freeways/highways
