Land Surveyor

Control Point Associates is seeking a skilled Instrument Operator to join our team in Chalfont, PA. As an Instrument Operator, you will be responsible for performing various field surveying tasks, including construction stakeout, topographical surveys, and preliminary boundary analysis/stake out. You will work closely with our survey crew to ensure accurate and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys using robotic total stations, data collectors, and other equipment.
• Perform calculations and sketches to ensure accuracy of survey documents.
• Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma and strong math and computer skills.
• Experience using robotic total stations and data collectors.
• Ability to work overtime and travel with overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 8+ hours a day.
