Job Title: Process Analyst
Location: Hicksville, NY (175 E. Old Country Rd)
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to support process improvements, evaluation, analysis, technical services, and project leadership in the Procurement Governance group. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for assisting in the collection and evaluation of sourcing data, evaluating existing operational processes to identify efficiencies, and participating in cross-functional teams to evaluate and analyze data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and tracking the RFP process for large capital projects.
  • Supporting the Contract Management process.
  • Performing market analysis, sourcing, negotiations, contract execution, implementation, rollout, supplier performance, and supplier relationship management.
  • Maintaining focus on safety, quality, and reliability.
  • Working directly with cross-functional business teams to develop and implement contracts delivering significant value and savings.
  • Ensuring compliance with negotiated results through supplier measurement evaluations and comprehensive periodic tracking and reporting of results.
  • Instituting continuous improvement supplier development for the life cycle of the contract with key suppliers.
  • Achieving financial performance and process improvement targets for self and team.
  • Fostering change management and extensive client relationship management.
  • Communicating contractual commitments.


Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional certification and/or 2-3 years of purchasing experience.
  • Experience in selection and management of suppliers providing services and products.
  • Strong analytical, market analysis, and cost modeling skills.
  • Team facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to facilitate clear and concise presentations in front of large audiences.
  • Thorough knowledge of competitive bidding process, contract terms, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong PC skills, e.g., with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
