Pharmacy Informatics and Automation Leader

About the Role

MedStar Health is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee pharmacy operations at our medical center in Olney, MD.

The ideal candidate will provide daily supervision of pharmacy activities to achieve optimal integration of distributive and patient care services. Key responsibilities include assisting the Manager/Director in implementing programs, monitoring personnel and budget, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing pharmacy services to patients and staff.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required
• 3-4 years of clinical and/or operational experience in a hospital setting required, with leadership experience preferred
• Maryland Pharmacist license required
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, moderate computer skills, and experience with computerized Pharmacy information systems

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,331 - $218,171 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
